CosmoTheatre

CosmoTheatre started as an unofficial theatre research group in 2003 organising research workshops leaded and developed by Christos Prossylis. The group produced amongst others the work in progress ‘Ecstasy’ based upon ‘The Bacchae’ by Euripides. The group became officially a company in June 2007. Christos has more than 15 years of experience in the field. He has experimented with theatrical practice and research, film and video, performance art, video art, and the artistic expression in mixed media, using new technologies (i.e. film and video, computer art, net art and multimedia). CosmoTheatre is based in London UK, keeping strong relationship with Greece, ancient Greek drama and modern international theatre practice.
